All returns must be preapproved and must have an RA number. Please return defective part(s) within 30 days of receipt of new part for examination and determination of warranty by Steelman. Please ship the defective part(s) via prepaid, traceable freight carrier. Failure to return part(s) will result in your account being billed for the new part.
